What is a custom feature and are they included in support?
A custom feature is any new functionality that requires development time and may required special coding, configuration, or complex integrations. Custom features are not covered under your support agreement. However, we're happy to review and provide you with an estimate for your customized needs.

We offer subscription plans in some situations to enable small businesses to pay for project fees over 12-18 months. Auto-pay with a credit card is required.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Yes, there are two primary ongoing costs to consider:
- Annual support agreement for maintenance, training, and email support from our Third Sun team; also includes making use of Third Sun's developer licenses for components and plugins that may be installed on the website
- Web hosting and domain registration fees
Do you provide SEO or paid digital services?
We design websites to perform well organically, including ensuring that designs are responsive and accessible. For more robust SEO and digital ad needs, we will typically refer you to a trusted partner who is specialized in these areas.
Do you provide social media management?
We can assist clients with social media strategy and execution, including working with trusted partners to ensure that things get scheduled and analyzed.
Do you provide graphic design work if we don't have a website with you?
We have several client for whom we provide ongoing graphic design services. For smaller one-off projects, we typically reserve that time for current clients. But for more robust needs, like annual report design or packaging, we're happy to talk about your needs to see how we can help you.
How much does branding or other graphic design cost?
A branding process may involve creating something completely new for a company or organization, or may be more narrowly focused on a brand refresh. Depending on your goals and needs, we'll provide an outline of cost with deliverables that will be included, from style guides to social media assets.
How much does a website cost?
