Support for Current Clients
We maintain support agreements with our clients offering personalized service in a timely and efficient manner. As part of our support plan we provide software updates for Joomla and other components, group trainings, and ongoing consulting as needed.

Group Trainings & Workshops
We hold group trainings on a regular schedule to help our clients manage their websites with confidence. Topics include Joomla Basics & Intermediate, in-depth trainings on components like JoomDonate and Event Booking, and specialized workshops in fundraising, marketing, newsletters, security, and more.
Most basic trainings and workshops last 60-90 minutes with room for questions and are free for Third Sun clients who have current support agreements. A small registration fee may apply to specialized trainings and workshops.
