    "Treo is Powered by People" - this core message guided our approach in redesigning the digital presence and brand identity for Treo property management. When they approached Third Sun, they needed a website and refreshed branding that would match their high standards of service while streamlining daily operations for both staff and residents.

    The updated logo retains the essence of Treo's brand while embracing a more modern and polished look. We refreshed their iconic green leaf symbol, creating a minimal and professional aesthetic that aligns with Treo's forward-thinking approach. The updated brand elements are versatile across web, print, and promotional materials.

    Our team focused on creating a sophisticated yet approachable website that would serve as more than just an online presence. Working closely with Treo's team, we developed a user-friendly clubhouse reservation system and integrated several custom digital forms, including a 48-hour visitor pass system, community feedback channels, and violation reporting tools - all designed to reduce administrative overhead while improving resident experience.

    To ensure the website truly reflected Treo's "powered by people" philosophy, we collaborated with photographer David Newkirk to capture authentic portraits of their dedicated team. These images display the human element behind Treo's success, helping visitors connect with the real people who make their exceptional service possible.
