Utah Worksite Wellness Council

The Utah Worksite Wellness Council came to us with an established mission and a growing community, and a website that wasn't keeping up with either. UWWC is a nonprofit that supports HR and wellness professionals in building stronger workplace wellness programs through resources, events, networking, and education.

The most complex piece of this project was events. We needed a system flexible enough to handle recurring workshops and a multi-session annual conference within the same infrastructure, with registration built in and the UWWC team in control. Rather than patching together multiple systems, we built out a one-stop-shop that functions as a calendar and registration tool.

Beyond events, the site organizes UWWC's resource library and wellness pillars in a way that's easy to navigate for the HR and wellness professionals who utilize it. We also built out a job submission board with a review workflow baked in: users submit postings through the site, which automatically generates an unpublished draft the UWWC team can review and publish on their own timeline. For a volunteer-staff organization, that kind of thoughtful automation goes a long way.

The result is a site that serves two audiences well: the wellness community UWWC was built to support, and the team doing the work every day to support them.
