Switchpoint Community Resource Center

Switchpoint is ending homelessness—and they're doing it their own way. 

As you, know Third Sun has a bleeding heart and we've been continually inspired by Switchpoint's incredible work. Way back in 2022 we started our relationship with them by creating branding, packaging, and a Shopify website for their coffee company, which directly supports their mission. Through this partnership, we've gotten to know them really well.

After a redesign of their coffee company's e-commerce platform this year, they entrusted us with an even bigger ask: redesigning the main website for their Community Resource Center. The existing site had become outdated and cluttered over time, creating usability barriers that hindered their ability to serve their community effectively.

We started with creating a clean, modern interface that actually worked for their users. ADA accessibility and digestible content were crucial throughout the design. We built a business and location directory, added a tenant sign-in area, and showcased their impressive impact stats through clear data visualization.

The new site also highlights their media mentions (it's a lot!) with links to the articles along with clear pathways to get involved in their mission.
