RSForm! Pro

You may have RSForm! Pro as a component on your website. It may be used for your contact form, volunteer form, or application.

Do you need another form on your website?

1. From the RSForm!Pro dashboard select Manage Forms. You can do this by either selecting from the left side menu or by selecting the icon button in the center of the screen.

2. You can start from scratch by selecting New but we recommend finding a existing form that is similar to one you'd like to create and Duplicate.

3. After you Duplicate you will receive a confirmation message and a copy will appear at the bottom of your list.

4. Select your Copy form. Select Form Properties. Then select Form Info. Edit Form Title.

5. Make sure to edit fields and User Email and Admin Email (under Form Properties). See other articles for help with these.

6. Save & Close

Do you need to edit a field or add another one?

1. Select Manage Forms from the RSForm!Pro dashboard. You can do this by selecting it from the left side menu or from the icon button in the center of the screen.

2. Select the form you want to edit by clicking on the title.

3. Click on the Edit button next to the field you'd like to change.

4. Edit and Update. If you edit the field name, you may need to update that also in your form auto-replies.

5. If you are finished editing the form, click Save & Close. If you'd like to make another change, click Save and then proceed.

Do you need to change who gets notified when a form is submitted? 

1. From the RSForm!Pro dashboard select Manage Forms. You can do this by either selecting from the left side menu or by selecting the icon button in the center of the screen.

2. Select the form you'd like to edit.

3. Select Form Properties from tab up top.

4. Select Admin Emails.

5. There you can edit Recipient email address. You can also edit the subject line the admin receives. Note in this example fields are included in the subject line.

6. When you are finished editing the form click Save & Close. If you'd like to make additional changes click Save.

Do you want to change the email message the user receives after they complete the form?

1. From the RSForm!Pro dashboard select Manage Forms. You can do this by either selecting from the left side menu or by selecting the icon button in the center of the screen.

2. Select the form you'd like to edit.

3. Select Form Properties from tab up top.

4. Select User Emails.

5. Here you can edit the from email address and from name. You can also see the field it's using to send the emails. In this case, it's {email:value}. You can edit the subject line too, adding fields here as well. To edit the email message click on "Edit the Email Text."

6. A pop-up box will appear. There you can edit the text as you do elsewhere on the website. Note you can add fields here, as we did with {name:value}. When finished Save & Close.

7. One more step, don't forget to Save & Close out of RSForm! Pro.

Do you want the data of the individuals who have completed your form? 

1. From your RSFrom! Pro dashboard select Manage Submissions. You can do this by clicking the link on the left side menu or on the Control Panel icon button.

2. Select the form you want to export from the left side dropdown menu.

3. Select Export from upper menu.

4. Choose your preferred format.

5. Review fields and select Export.

6. The file will appear in your Downloads.

If you'd like to see how your form looks, you can use the Preview button.

First, make sure your form is Published. Then you can click on the Preview button to view your form.
